About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our service and refurbishment department. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for running the workshop, overseeing all day-to-day operations, and ensuring the highest standards of care for our clients’ vehicles.

You’ll:

• Manage and operate the service department autonomously

• Recruit and manage your own team

• Oversee stock control and parts management

• Handle customer bookings for servicing and maintenance

• Ensure high standards of workmanship across all projects

About You

• A minimum of five years’ experience working with classic cars (1960s–1990s)

• Strong background in car maintenance and restoration

• Hands-on experience with Triumph, Jaguar, MG, and other classic cars etc.

• Confident managing people and workshop operations independently

What We Offer

• Salary circa £30,000 (dependent on experience)

• Profit sharing and shares in the new workshop company to be established

• The opportunity to shape and grow a new department within an exciting automotive business
